Refunds or exchanges are only offered if the package is damaged in transit.
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hrs of receiving your delivery.

FRAMING

You can buy frames from most retail stores such as Officeworks, Myer, IKEA, Spotlight etc, but we highly recommend professional framing for quality display & to ensure the life of your print.
*Our mat prints (Markets Only) are ‘ready to frame’ on a mat board, however for all prints online if you plan to purchase a store-bought frame vs professional framing we recommend at least mounting onto a foam core adhesive (you can find at Officeworks or Spotlight), to ensure your print is flat and won’t ripple from the drop over time (especially A2 & larger).
*We also recommended glass frames vs perspex. Perspex has warped reflections whereas glass is a must to minimise reflections & keep colour fastness of the print if displayed in the sun.

If you’re not interested in professional custom framing, a store-bought frame we can recommend are ‘Profile’ Frames from Myer or David Jones. They are Australian Made with Eco-timber, tempered glass front, and come with a wire hanging kit.

Framing price includes your print mounted on 5mm acid-free foam-core and professionally fitted into the frame with clear glass.
The frame mouldings are 30mm in width (face of frame). All framing orders are PICK-UP ONLY and please allow 1-2 weeks for framing.
